Notice: Reduced Holiday Hours for Thanksgiving

Our customer service office will be closed as of 5pm (Pacific Time) Wednesday, November 25, 2026 for the Thanksgiving holiday.
We will reopen for regular business hours on Monday, November 30, 2026.

While no certificates will be issued during our closure. Once we reopen, your certificate will be issued with the date and time that you actually completed the Solid Start Debtor's Education counseling session.
